My brother Ashley, his wife Kate and their two daughters Isabel and Eliza are visiting from Australia.

For January's Show "Showing Off Our Best", you could enter previously shown art work.  "Rooftops of Provence" also won 1st Place in 2007. 

Here I am at last night's reception at Escondido Artists Gallery on Grand Avenue.

Garden Angel
A new pastel on suedeboard finished today!  "Garden Angel" from a photo I took in Ingrid's garden.  Her garden continues to be an wonderful source of inspiration for me.

Happy New Year

New Year's Day 2011 and our 17th Wedding Anniversary.  A beautiful day for a drive to San Clemente.

Friendly pelicans on the pier, dolphins swimming nearby and you could even see Catalina Island. 

Eggs Benedict and cafe latte for lunch!
